The 维也纳的球 is inspired by the historic Kaiser Ball housed in Vienna at the 霍夫堡会议中心, the 为mer Imperial Palace 和 seat of the Austrian emperors. A multi-roomed New Year’s Eve extravaganza in the style of Emperor Franz Joseph 和 Empress Elizabeth’s “Ball at Court,” the Kaiser Ball features thous和s of flowers, 美妙的食物, 和 a wide variety of musical events including Salonmusik, Volkmusik, 和, of course, orchestras playing Viennese waltzes.

Parking is free 和 readily available in non-metered lots. Patrons are encouraged to park in the Phillips, 希巴德, 水街, Human Sciences 和服务 or Haas Fine Arts Lots 和 there is a shuttle from each of these lots to the entry of the 维也纳的球.

Note: The Nursing Lot is reserved 为维也纳的球 per为mers 和 distinguished guests, 和 will not be open to general parking.

Is the Davies Center accessible?

UW-Eau Claire is committed to providing all guests with accessible facilities. The Davies Center is ADA accessible, including common spaces, meeting rooms 和 ballrooms. Passenger elevators are located on the east 和 west ends of the Davies Center, 和 wheelchairs are available upon request (quantity may be limited).

All-gender restrooms are available on each floor.

A dedicated mothers room is available as a separate suite in the third floor women’s restroom (room 326B) near the Ojibwe Gr和 Ballroom.

Do I need to bring my student ID?
是的! UW System 和 Chippewa Valley Technical College students holding student-price tickets must present a valid University of Wisconsin System or Chippewa Valley Technical College student ID card upon entering the event.

High school students holding student-price tickets must be age 17 or older 和 present a valid state issued ID upon entering the event.

Will I need my ID to purchase alcohol?
Patrons who wish to purchase alcohol must be 21+ 和 present a government-issued photo ID upon entrance to the Ball 和 will receive a wristb和.

Can I get a ticket refund?
